There are no limits to the number of email addresses you can create. We find most locations create a mailbox for each owner, managers, membership specialist – anyone who has member-facing communication. Sending emails from personal email accounts (ie: GMAIL – doesn’t look so professional!)

Each Mailbox are billed quarterly at a rate of $12.80/per month ($38.40/Quarter), plus a one-time $30/user setup fee. Charges begin immediately and you are billed up until the end of the month in which the email address is cancelled.
